Can you confirm if you use (or have installed) a Citrix receiver? We know certain versions of the receiver have had issues with usb audio devices.
Also, the recent Windows 10 1607 update seemed to have caused audio problems, which is some cases required the uninstall and reinstall of audio drivers
But isn't this section dedicated to "Business Notebooks" ?

My HP Network Configeration Page still lists wireless status "disconnected"
And, HP Photosmart C4700 Wireless Network Test Report says:
Network Name (SSID) Found FAILED
Printer Settings consistent with with Wireless Router Settings Not Run
No Filtering Not Run
Connected Not Run
Signal Strength Not Run
Other networks detected natching your network name (SSID) Not Run
Channel Not Run
My HP scanner-printer still does not work in the wireless network.
I am running the standard system from HP IT. I do not believe that this installs a Citrix reciever but I do not know.
The issue was hardware (power charging circuit).

I have EliteBook 840 G3 with M.2 SSD by LiteOn (LITEON CV1-8B256). Does that drive support Full Disk Encryption? Somehow this is not explicitly stated on neither HP nor LiteOn website.
I enabled drive password in boot but I want to know if that password is actually used to encrypt the content.
Not asking about Windows or BitLocker. This is question about hardware support and hardware encyrption only.

I am dealing with the hinge issue on the HP envy notebook just like everyone else who bought this poorly designed laptop. Tried to deal with HP for about 3 weeks of phone tag and non-imformative emails just to find out that they dont have the part to fix my computer. HP made a bad computer and cant get the parts to fix a common issue.

this Lite-on SSD isn't an Opal2 SED SSD , so it doesn't support hardware Encryption.
The DriveLock password has nothing to do with disk Encryption.
In order to use encrypt your disk you can use either bitlocker o HP Client Security software the include also a Full DIsk encryption solution. IF the Disk is Opal2 , the FDE software provided by HP will recognise it and enable Hardware encryption , other wise in case of SSD such this Lite-on, the encryption will be software.

Usually this is related to the Regional Setting of the keyboard. For example if you have a French Keyboard and in Windows you have configured it as US Keyboard , When you type the letter A on the French keyboard , you see an Q on the display.
So my question is : which is the localization of your pysical keyboard installed in the 820 G3 ? Which is the localization os the Keyboard in Windows ?
How many keyboards are configured in Windows. IF you have configured more then one language, this could create confusion.
About HotKeys, they usally works fine. Could you write here with softpack numer you have used sp7xxxx.exe ?

Hi everyone
I just got a brand new Elite x2, and everything works fine except the stylus pen.
It does connect OK via bluetooth -the blue light flashes, and OneNote launches when I press the top button.
However, it doesnt work at all when I try to write or sketch something. I'm also assuming that the pen can be used as a pointer device.. that doesnt work either. It's really frustrating!
Any ideas?
