Help

Hello, I have a big problem about HP TURKEY. Because they are not giving good service to me. First of all, I bought a new product about a year ago. Flood appeared in Turkey and my apartment and my product was effected from it. My product was under the water. I called the technical service and I asked them "Will warranty involve this ?" They said "Yes, we will send a cargo and we will do it." I really appreciated them but after coming from warranty, I saw some stratch on my laptop, also the screen's left hinge was pulled on very tough. My pc was grated on. 2 weeks ago my laptop's fan was giving terrible loud. Also 2-3 pixels was broken.  I called the HP TURKEY and they said "Send us we will see what can we do". They sent an empty cargo to me. Cargo was come and I shut off my computer. I sent the cargo. I had a checknumber for my product. I called them about 5-6 times and they said " They are out of warranty so you have to pay 628 TL." They said even broken fan is my fault. That is so funny because it is almost impossible for me to damage the unopened prouct. I discussed them about 4 times and they finally decided to do only fan. Still the others are out of warranty. Also they said that screen has damaged. However, I hadnt problem like that. I didnt do anything but they said you did. I need your help because nobody cares. I dont want to pay anything because they are not my fault. I wish someone will care this problem.
