I SENT MY HP ENVY M6 LAPTOP IN FOR REPAIRS ,( BROKEN HINGES ) AS MY LAPTOP IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY. THERE WAS A FACTORY RESET DONE ( UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF AN HP SUPERVISOR ) ,AFTER A WEEK I GET A CALL FROM H.P. SAYING THAT MY LAPTOP HAS WATER DAMAGE!! MY LAPTOP DIDNT HAVE WATER DAMAGE WHEN I SENT IT IN.. BUT THAT THEY ARE NOT SURE WHEN IT OCCURED AND MY COMPUTER WAS BEING RETUIRNED TO ME.. 4 DAYS LATER,, I RECEIVE MY LAPTOP VIA FED EX,, BROKEN SCREEN AND SCREWS MISSING FROM THE BOTTOM.. ALL THE SCREW COVERS MISSING ,,AND SOUND LIKE A TRACTOR.. I TALKED TO A LADY NAMED PHILISA AT 877-917-4380 AND I WAS TOLD THAT " MY SCREEN WOULD HAVE BROKEN ANYWAY BECAUSE THE HINGES AND SCREEN IS CONNECTED!! I EXPLAINED TO HER THAT ALL I WANTED WAS FOR MY LAPTOP TO BE RETURNED TO ME IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT I SENT IT TO YOU IN... ( THATS ONLY FAIR ) THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WAS NOT RESPONSIBLE "BECAUSE IT WOULD HAVE BROKEN EVENTUALLY ANYWAYS... THEN SHE HAD THE AUDACITY TO OFFER ME $75 DOLLARS. I PAID OVER $600 DOLLARS FOR MY LAPTOP!! I CANNOT BELEIVE THEY WOULD DO THIS!! I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL HP CUSTOMER SINCE FOREVER!! I RUN THE COMPUTER LAB FOR THE LOCAL SCHOOL.. SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP!!!
