My "Presario cq42-122la" laptop's fan decided to give an error one time while booting up, it said the fan was too hot and continuing login would cause hardware difficulties (Not exact words).
I continued to take apart the laptop, following directions. I cleaned the fan, got rid of the dust/hair stuck in there. And I put the laptop back together, ever since then it's performance has been extremely slow. I'm not sure why. It takes forever to boot up, and then fails. I'm not sure what to do..
