Hi, I currently have a HP Probook 5320m laptop and I have been using it since 2010. It was working fine until this year, where the current issue now is that I am unable to switch on my laptop.
Initially, there were times where I pressed the power button and the laptop couldn't on, but after pressing it a few times, it managed to start up. However, recently when I tried to on my laptop, the power led light appeared but started flickering a little red before going off. There was nothing on the screen and the laptop could not even start up. I tried plugging in the battery but it still could not turn on either.
Am not too sure whether should i send it directly to HP service centre to repair or anything.
Anyone could help identifying what the issue is? Thanks!
