Windows 8 tip: Enable the full virtual keyboard
NOTE:
The Full feature Touch-Screen keyboard mode from within the on-screen-keyboard:
- Start your on-screen-keyboard
- Click the little keyboard icon in the on the lower right corner of the on-screen-keyboard
- Select the "blue" keyboard icon **
** If you do not see the "blue" icon, and you do have a "selection" menu, pick and choose until you find what you seek.
On-Screen Keyboard (NON-touch-screen):
Start up the on screen keyboard > Click on Options > adjust settings as desired

Start> search / type " on screen keyboard " (no quotes) > select the On-screen-Keyboard to start it.
