Dear Sir,
I bought a laptop(Pavilion G6-2301AX)rom a online shoping site Flipkart.com on 16 august 2013. My laptop was coming with HP Student Offer. For claiming HP student offer, they demand following document send by post.
a) ID proof (any one of these - Driving license, PAN card, Election Card, Passport)
b) Photocopy of purchase invoice,
c) Original cut out of Bar code sticker (pasted on cardboard packaging of the notebook - (How to find the bar code sticker on the box))
d) An At Par Cheque or Demand Draft of amount Rs. 87 in favour of Solutions Integrated Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd., payable at Delhi.
* I send all document for verification by post on provided address on 24 august.
On 5 sep, i got a mail saying that cheque i send was not cts standerd.they gave me one weak to send me another cheque/DD.
* I send another D.D. on very next day by post on 6 sep. which reached on Hp Redemption cell on 9 sep.(By tracking speed post number EK926383491IN).
* After that i am trying to contact HP redemption Support for further information regarding my claim status which is still on hold.No body is giving me any satisfactory answer.They keep sending old mail regarding invalid cheque and ask me to send new cheque/D.D.
* it seems to me that Hp Redemption cell is not willing to help me because no one answer my call on toll free number 18004254999.i called so many times waiting for 50 minutes on call but no one assist my call. i keep on mailing on email id notebook@solutions-intg.com; notebook@redemptionsupport.com. by i got only auto generated emails in reply..
So i have tired of all these stuff. So this is my last mail after that i am not going to buy any hp product in my life because consumer support is very poor.
