Frustrated and Irritated with the services at HP

Just got off the phone with a technician after being hung/disconnected with about 5 different people while tryng to get a refund for a service I never received. 

 

I mean a service I never received because before I purchased this crappy product a technician told me that my problem will  be fixed that night since it was a soft ware issue. If the problem wasnt solved by hp I would get  a refund

I keep suggesting different ways to connect to my tech to help me remotely. The tech worked with me for an hour or so and then he told me that he could not fix it and I will have to call back on Monday to talk to a senior technician and may have to the manufacturer . At that point I was frustrated so i decided not to continue talking to the technician

I took my computer to a local repair shop and all I had to do was download a free again I say free driver from intel. I didnt get charged for this drivers they installed.I called later on sunday and I was told that the department that could refund me is closed and I should call back on Monday

 

I called today which is monday and 5 technicians hung up on me, Now I ended up speaking to another person for an hour telling him over and over again that I wont pay a cancellation fee for service that I never received. He kept reading his script for me.

 

This is the last time I deal with HP and all their palaver. This is not the first time I have called them about an issue. 2 months or so after purchasing my computer I had a hardware problem which they took about 4 times from me to fix. This problem occurs every 2 months until I finally took it to a repair shop to have it fixed finally.

 

They are quick to charge your card but when its time to keep their end of their bargain and refund you they beat around the bush. This is ridiculous!!!
