for a couple weeks i couldnt do anything on my brightness on my laptop button or in the settings did everything..i read somewhere that the internal battery might need replaceing i did that and it worked for me...i had someone replace my small internal battery for nothing..had to go and remove lots of stuff in the laptop part to get to mine..it wasnt easy...i dont have money to have some1 profestional to do it...all i did was go to cvs and got a small round flat battery bigger then a hearing aid battery..
