This issue is driving me nuts and costing mw money, i have an Presario CQ61 running Windows 7...
i have searched for a resolution and nothing i have tried works.

updated the BOIS - no joy
even done did a reset to factory settings.....guess what...no joy!!!
i have a new battery and charger .. it will run on AC adaptor, and the new battery is at 58% ... old one 0%
problem is yes i can run on AC, but it drives me nuts when you knock it out .... so fed up
I nees a new resolution
