I just purchased my HP 2000 Notebook PC and it came with the Nortons antivirus. Currently my security status is showing me that both Norton and Windows Defender are turned off. I went into Action Center to turn on the antivirus and its not working. Im new to all this so I want to know if anyone else is having this issue and how do I fix it?
