Complaint!!!

I recently bought the HP Envy PC Notebook in August, and the past 4 months have been nothing but bluesrceens, trackpad locking up, pc overheating, wifi suddenly dropping, and now my fan has completely stopped working. My laptops usually last 4-5 years, but this one has barely made 5 months and I take failry good care of my things. 
I've been told countless times "it's a new computer, it will act up for the first week and then before you know it it's fine", but no, I have so, so disappointed in this product. I've been told that the computer that I've recieved may be a manufacturer's error.

I refreshed my PC so that it would be nice and clean when I take it into Staples this Friday, but now it's asking me for a product key to reactivate Windows 8, when, Windows 8 was the default system my computer came with. 

I paid over $1000 hoping for a good computer by a company that I love and trust but this computer has been nothing but countless errors and disappointments and if I could I'd return this computer for a new one that is not, if what I've been told is correct, a manufacturer's fault PC. 

I'm running out of options on what to do, I don't have any money for a replacement computer, I'm still under warrenty so I'm hoping Staples won't charge me. Windows 8.1 really messed things up as well.
