Congratulations. I too sent a lot of information in to Jeff, but all I got for my trouble was the same BS I have been dealing with for a year. This time they did offer me a $25 -$50 credit at the online HP store. I still have a $500+ dollar HP laptop POS in the corner gathering dust as they will not make it right. they claim "liquid damage", refused to return the parts they claimed to replace, returned the computer without the screws even in it to hold the case on and from what the computer guy here says, with no repairs actually done even though we paid for them (yes, it was under warranty, thus the lie about liquid damage). So my mission to make them loose as much business as I can possibly cause them to loose continues. This forum itself is testimony to the sorry excuse for customer service that they have.
