I have an HP Pavilion DV7 1129wm laptop... I was installing Windows 8 and it was fine and I let it run to make sure all was ok. I went to restart it and now it will not turn on at all! I have tested the power adapter, fine. The charging light on the front of the laptop blinks 8 times and then restarts the cycle of 8 blinks again. I press the power button and the light comes on for a split second and turns right back off. It doesn't power up at all. Any thoughts?
