Hi,
I own HP Pavilion DV6 QA796AV,In this DVD writer is not working.It is getting detedted as DVD reader,but not like DVD RW.I thought there will be any issur with software installation and checked for softwares.but no updates and softwares are installed finely.i can not find any issue.and oe more thing i thought its problem of DVD writer and i purchased external DVD writer.as its an USB DVD writer,after connecting it,it is also displaying similarly like this as CD drive but now DVD RW.
Please let me know what will the issue.....
