If you go into Simple Pass, and access that program, you might see a lot of icons there -- applications. I had a lot that I had not typed passwords into Simple Pass for. They were just there, probably I had told Simple Pass to store them without realizing it. I deleted most of the application icons out of Simple Pass and now my problem is solved. I never actually stored passwords there, either.
