From past two days, I am observing an unusual behaviour in my HP Pavillion DV6700 laptop which I took during 2008. The AC power plug is connected to docket as On and the power is going into the computer as the side of the pin, the blue light is glowing, the battery is showing charing as the LED light is Blinking when the plug is switched on near Touchpad, however, in the computer screen in the Battery area on Right hand extreme down, it is showing, "Plugged in, Charging", however actually is not charging. If my battery is showing 45%, it is 45% for more than an hour. It's a first time occurance I could observed from last two days in so many years. Also, as soon as I disconnected the plug to check, automatically, the computer shuts down. Anyone else in the forum experienced the similar situation. Kindly update the resolution. Also, the HP experts, please let me know if at all this is the problem with the battery and needs a replacement :mansad::smileysad:
