hp products not received even after 30 days of claim approval

I bought a hp envy j048tx on diwali and was offered a hp voucher of 4000/- and norton anti virus.My claim was approved on 12nov and the mail said that i will receive my hp products(which i ordered via voucher) within 30 days of claim approval.Today is 24 december,and i guess its over 30 days and still i didn't receive my hp products.This is not expected from a proffesional company like hp. Please take appropriate actions.
