From reading all of these threads ranting on about how terrible HP Support is I was quite worried. Unnecessarily though. I just got off the phone with and had a really good experience with HP Tech Support!
I hope that other people out there who have had good experiences with HP will also post on this forum so that a more realistic idea of what the quality of HP support is can be determined... Alas, people are always quicker to complain than they are to compliment or say that it went as expected (if something goes wrong, one wants to rant, if something goes right the way one expects it should - one does not usually bother to log on and report this).
I doubt my one post out of thousands will do much good, but here is my positive feedback nonetheless ;)
