I have a HP ENVY DV7 with Windows 8 Notebook PC and I'm trying to use my TV as a monitor to view Netflix from my notebook. I have a HMDI cable connection and I believe a VGA video connection port. I've tried both but neither worked. my TV is a Polaroid Brand. Can anyone help?
