You can use the chat function - they are fast to reponnde.
Ask them to verify your product key and subscription. You can find your product key for Norton in the Documents folder (My Documets). If the license is OK and this doesn't resolve the issue, post again back here or contact the person/team you got the free Norton key from initially.
