Re: HP 1000 Notebook PC not starting.

Hello ronnie06. Thank you for posting on the HP Forums.

 

I understand the computer will not start. To assist you properly, I do require the following information:

2. The computer's operating system. If you require assistance locating this information, please reference this website: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-CA/windows/which-operating-system

3. Have you installed any new hardware on this computer, before the issue appeared?

4. Have you installed any new software or drivers on this computer, before the issue appeared?
 

Additionally, please check the hardware of the computer. I will provide documentation on how you can do this, upon startup (assuming the computer can startup at all). Please pick the document, based on the operating system of the computer:
