Booting up

Hello everyone please do not get insulted by this post it is not directed to the people working at HP, you are not to be blamed for anything you are just doing your job.  I am starting to get dissapointed with HP and regretting for buying the HP Pavilion 17-e021em Notebook PC  and i will restrain myself for now from going to the store where i bought it 2 months ago barking through the door asking for a refund until it burns out.

Before i do this little task i want to hear your opinions on my problems. First of all i want to add i am a designer and developer and i know how to jump  around technology since i was working part time fixing the pcs . Now since this thing is under warranty i refuse to open it and check whats happening inside so here i am. So lets start from well beggining.

First of all lets talk about operating system. This pc comes without one and somehow you people forgot to mention it only supports windows 8 which reminded me about that time when i tried to install hp laserjet 1005 on something thats not windows 2000 (joke someting other then xp), great software support there i dont even want to get into that.

Second thing is the heat i understand closed little space and a lot of power in it will result in high heat, but rly are You and Toshiba in some kind of competition "whos gonna make a frying pan which can go to facebook"? Running something simple as adobe after effects (aae is not simple im just melodramatic but illustrator is) illustrator, or Firefox makes his fans run and sound like im piloting a boeing 747.

I like this pc because its my pc and not bec it is HP, i always take care of my technology  as it is a part of my family i know some of you will say im crazy but this thing is what puts food in my mouth.

And the third thing, listen to this it doesnt boot up first time after being shut off for the night. It starts second time yeah but rly its only 2 months old and 5 years too early to start doing things like that.

Bios: Updated

Software: Genuine

Antivirus: On - no viruses

All updates installed

Being held on a laptop cooling pad 24-7.

A can of compressed air bought and used to remove dust.

So all in all very bad, very bad.. Dont know how are the rest of manufacturers except Toshiba i owned Toshiba.

Anyway just a polite so called rage it was not ment to make anyone mad but who cares anyway i got mad and im a customer.

BR, Goran
