I purchased my Pavilion g7 at the Fort Sam Houston Post Exchange on January 9, 2014. After I connected I learned the warranty on my machine expired in Novenber 2013, while it was still in the box on the PX's shelf. I called support and spoke with a representative who assured me I would receive an e-mail about my correct warranty. I have received nothing. I checked today (Jan 18) and the warranty information has not changed, i.e., there is no warranty. This is a brand new machine -- where is my one year warranty?
