Diwali utsav offer-Norton IS link not received

Hi,

I bought HP Pavilion 15 Notebook PC and as part as Diwali utsav offer, Norton IS subscription was to be given withn 30 days from the redemtipn date.

Its been more than 2 months and still I havent received the link to renew Norton and the trial version has expired already.

I sent text twice to the redemption customer care and got a call back. 1st time, I was told...I will receive the link withn a week. But it did not happen. 2nd time, I was told I will receive it in 2 days but it also did not happen.

Claim received date: 14 Nov 2013

Now I want the Norton IS link to be sent and need to when exactly it will be done.
