Hello Chrissy69. Welcome to the HP Forums. I understand the computer does not turn on. There could've been a sudden hardware failure, or sudden software conflict. To troubleshoot the issue, please apply the steps in one of the following HP documents:
Windows 7, Vista, XP: Computer does not Start
Windows 8: Computer does not Start
