HEADS UP EVERYONE....
After 2 hours on hold with HP (not exaggerating), we have been told that HP is discontinuing support for these laptops and the issues they are having. WHAT A F*$#ING JOKE.
So we are stuck with the laptop as is. I will give HP 1 token of credit, they use Canadians instead of Indians for tech support.
They wanted to charge us to repair the laptop, and this was unacceptable. ITS YOUR FAULT HP, man up and deal with it!
So, I will be posting my experience EVERYWHERE, and hopefully can warm people about this BULLS$%T of a company, and the absoultely absurd cusomter support they have for the APPAULING products they produce.
This by FAR is the worst experience I have had with any company, and I truely hope others will see this before considering HP.
