Ditto!! Worse than ridiculous it's criminal. They took my money for a printer they were supposed to send me on 6/7, i've called and called and they cannot get the printer out the door...this is MY BUSINESS, it's affecting MY BUSINESS, you incompetent imbeciles! How can a company run like this? WE NEED MORE COMPETITION IN THE PRINTER ARENA so no one has to buy this horrible product from this horrible company ever again!
