this is related to amd 215-0674034 bga is located near cpu.
try one ram 1gb on each slot one must working if not then both sections of ram slot are not comunicating with this ic
i try to be simple.
this bga chip overheat and because the manufacture not using for public lead for soldering components down to the board like for military or transport or medical equipment.
this mad idea was made by eu law u nfortunately we having lots of eco green dead unith insted of thinking.
there is just one way for you to clean it put graphite on the cpu and this chip also graphit has high thermal conductivity 10k.
then use it until the unit die.
or if you have honest engineer then ask for a reball.you have chance 60% this gonna work after because the bga architecture has mobo top on that mobo sit the chip small glas surface and this has below nano balls.
if these nano bals disconect by the heat because thermo dynamicly the material expand then you need replacing the whole chip.
there is not about usage is about human brain but sometime companies doing mistake an then someone needs to be hitted in the balls.
the worl gonna be much more diferent if we gonna use are brain to make things they last longer.
you know the technology at the present is far advanced and we dont need to use fan more than 40 year but this is not made for public unfortunatelly.
