Hi PavanKalyani, welcome to the HP Forums. Unfortunately this is not a means to contact HP directly, as this is a peer to peer community. I can provide you troubleshooting steps, but if it is determined to be a hardware failure, you would need to go through the service process in the country you purchased the product from.

The first thing you should try is to restore the original TouchPad drivers using this method: Using Recovery Manager to Restore Software and Drivers (Windows 8)
