I have bought an HP Pavilion M6-1035dx notebook in the last, almost now two years. I would never have bought this laptop if I knew someone that had it with all the problems I am having. I have sent this laptop in Sooo many times to HP and best buy of which they sent it to HP. I would say I have sent this laptop in more than 5-6 times to get new hardware replaced within 1 year specifically in the time frame of 4-6 months. I now have had almost everything in my laptop replaced except the screen and no not by pure clumsiness of dropping it or something just by I don't even know why. My wifi card, motherboard, fan, audio card, usb ports, pretty much everything inside replaced even the outer casing for some reason. Now my finger print reader is not working and it was before but this time I assume it is because the last time I sent it to HP for a different reason, I beleive they forgot to plug it into the board of which they forgot to do many times for other hardware inside!! I had to send my pc in just so HP can plug something back in of which they forgot to when they were fixing something else, oh and this happened multiple times!! I am just done with this model and overall HP. This HP model wasn't my first choice niether was choosing an HP computer. I actually got this as a gift for school so I had no choice. Anyway, with the amount of problems with this pc, it is just extremely ridiculouss. I beleive I deserve a replacement pc that actually works! I am currently under warranty (Hardware warranty) with the best buy that I bought it from and just ran out of my HP warranty last year. Seriously is this model defective?? Plus anyone from HP is welcome to comment.
