Re: Warranty Expired for HP Pavilion Sleekbook

Thank you for posting in the HP Support forum.

 

 

Please, check with your friend if this computer is new and not fake. Generally speaking there should be some document (proof of warranty, invoice, bills, etc) no matter from what part of the world is the computer bought. This is the only way one can proove that the computer was purchased on certaint date.

 

I suggest you contact HP Support and speak with the agent to check the warranty status ->
