What leads you to believe that the BIOS is incomplete?
What do you feel is missing?
If the notebook powers up, goes through the POST (power on self test) and then boots into Windows, then the BIOS is complete and operational.
If your notebook was in for warranty service, there does exist the remote possibility that the serial number of the notebook and other identifying information was not put into the BIOS. Is that what has happened? Otherwise if you happened to use modification utilities you could have made some modifications to the BIOS. Please advise.
