My laptop is about a year old, although I did not use it for about a year. It has had many issues including a bios problem that made me unable to use it for so long, I took it into the Microsoft store and they fixed that. My wifi has also had issues too. Currently my laptop won't always detect any routers. But if I turn on my phone's mobile hotspot my computer will connect to it without any problems. But any router it either will not appear in available connections, and if it does it only will sometimes connect, and if it connects it will at first say I have internet but then will not connect to anything, then will say I have limited access, then all available routers will drop while my phone's hotspot still appears. I've done a hard reset, system restore will not work because this issue has been happening for a long time and when microsoft fixed my computer this issue was already present. I've been very frustrated with how many issues this laptop has had. Laptops are pointless if you can't connect to wifi. Please help, I need this for school. Thank you.
