HP's customer care is excellent these days.
Jeff, Ron, Chris all are doing everything possible for customer satisfaction.
They offered me no cost repair including mailing and now replacing my note book with new one as repair parts were not available within stipulated time.
I definitely will buy and recommend HP products.
