I was checking my Devices and Drivers page and noticed a yellow triangle on my laptop icon. I right clicked the icon and selected troulble shoot. I got this message:
There is a problem with the driver for Validity sensors (WBF) (PID=0050). Reinstalling the driver might fix this problem.
So I selected Apply this fix. The results indicated that trouble shooting was unable to automatically fix all of the problems found. I checked the details of the fix and saw the following statement:
Problem with PnP devices detected.
I am also having problems printing to my wireless printer through my home network. Could these two problems be related?
How can I fix the validity sensor driver problem?
I have an HP ENVY TouchSmart m7 running Win 8.
