Hi Doolsc. The product ID you provided is your Windows Product ID, and not the notebook's product number, but that shouldnt' matter now.

 

The recovery partition is fairly small, and contains the files needed to restore your computer back to factory defaults. It is OK if it is red. These steps are specific to Windows Vista, but still should be the same for Windows 7 to change it to blue:


Drive (D:) is Red
