Thank you for visiting the HP Support Forums and Welcome. I have read your thread on your HP Pavilion dv6-7002ax Notebook and having an issue with the battery. Here is a link to manually calibrate the battery. If that does not help I would perform a system restore. You can restore it to a previous point when it was working correctly.
