Thanks for the infomation. I ran the app trouble shooter listed on the thread with no luck and I'm not using proxy. I've been working on this problem for over a week. I'm at the point now of bring this Split x2 to the Geeks. Kinda pissed that I spend lots of $$ on this machine and do one update now have to spend more $$ to have someone else "fix" my new computer!
