I wouldn't say everyone is happy with HP.
I was told by HP to take my machine back to the shop, which I did. Despite me telling them what the problem was, I was told I had to pay a £50 fee to diagnose the fault. This would be returned if HP acknowledged it was a known fault.
After spending £700 on a laptop that was falling apart after 1 year and 1 month, I wasn't about to waste any more money.
I gave up trying after a few more frustrating calls to HP.
