QUICK UPDATE: 

I was called on 3/23/14 about getting my laptop fixed, I sent it in on the 26th and should be coming on 4/10/14. The tracking said it may be available sooner as tomorrow 4/4/10. 

So when I get it in my hands i'll give you all details.
