Thank you so much,
You might have the same model name of HP I have, or otherwise you couldn't have known the 'unkonwn device' indicate the 'fingerprint' needs to be installed.
If a fiend of mine brought his laptop to me and I don't know anything about it, except its modal name and product number, and also visited the the website for that laptop model name, and downloaded all drivers listed only for instance, Windows 7(64Bit). However, how can I know which derivers can define the ' unknown devices'?
Although the laptop is mine, I really didn't know from 'Hardware ID' for 'unknown device' that it indicates to fingerprint'.
Thus, could you enlighten me how could be able to find the suitable drivers for 'uknown devices' listed in the other devices category in the device manager after reinstalling a Windows 7?
For devices listed in the device manager as signed devices, such as 'Network controller, Ethernet controller, and Adapter, and so on I really quite know which drivers would define 'Network controller' or 'Ethernet controller', adapters, by just going to the official HP website and entering my model name, then I looked all drivers for Windows 7 system I have installed.
In addition: Which driver version of AMD High- Definition Graphics your does the link you suggest have?
I really have the most latest one of these two versions below, which is (sp55092) 8.882.2.3000, thus, I've been looking for a newer one for about a week and a half.
AMD High-Definition Graphics Driver (SP53025) 8.830.6.2000 or later
