Hi,
I have new HP 15-d050sr notebook.Installed windows 7 64bit.
Wanted to install drivers, but there appeared some problems...
First, hard to find drivers that work.Managed to install some drivers, except USB controller driver(none of USB ports working).
Went through forum posts, tried everything....but no result.Every time I try to install USB controller driver I get error message "This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software".
This message I get even when installing Intel Chipset Installation Utility and driver, and Intel ME 8:Management Engine driver, and Chipset Device software for Intel.
All I need is USB controller so that USB ports working....
How could it be that there is a notebook which have the drivers , but they cannot be installed due some unknown reason?
What could be the "minimum requirements for installing the software"?Have I missed something very imoprtant?
What could I do, except getting other notebook?Maybe install other operating system?
Is there a way to get at least two USB ports working?
Never thought that I will have so BIG problems with driver installation... :smileysad:
