During the Thanks Giving Sale November 2020 we ordered 2 HP laptops, one laptop came dead without powering on and the other product was not as ordered.
We called customer service for for the dead one and they replaced it with a downgrade and we had to wait for that for 2 + months, while for the other one Cust Service said that we will receive today April14,
however we haven't received the laptop and order status shows new date of delivery as May 14, if you guys cannot keep up to commitment of right product and right time delivery why do you commit. we have been waiting for using the ordered Laptop since Nov 2020 ..
this is a really long wait ..we will be cancelling the order and never to come back to HP unless you guys do something about our new order Order NO : H301
