Hi. I bought a laptop with windows 7 already included. I have never had a problem with downloading updates until just recently. The windows update downloads, then closes and reboots ready to configure. On then being requested to use my password, I do that and it tells me that the configuration had failed. This has happened several times, and as I was advised to download the updates manually, I did that but still got the same configuration failure notice. I have tried windows troubleshooter, but it can't find a problem. Can anyone help please? Thank you.
