I've supplied some pictures of the screws and locations and a description of the screws.  You might try HP PartSurfer to find the screws, or someplace else that sells the hardware. 

two 7 mm P1 Phillips-head screws that secure the right hinge to the bottom of
the base enclosure.

Next, the  two 4 mm P1 Phillips-head screws that secure the left and right hinge covers 

While holding the display panel, remove the two (there might be four)  7 mm P1 Phillips-head screws
that secure the left hinge:

I hope these images and descriptions of the screws help.  The images should be the right ones.
