HP Pavilion dm4 CAPS Lock and Mute Lights Stuck ON

Hi,

My laptop, an HP Pavilion dm4 with Beats Audio, has its Caps Lock, and Mute Button lights on, and they won't turn off. I've tried rebooting the computer, and even Factory Resetting it. 

NOTHING has worked... all and any help is appreciated.
