please follow the steps given below to resolve the issue. if the issue still persists.

Step 1-  C:\Program Files (x86)\Hewlett-Packard\HP Quick Launch

 

2- Delete file HP CnbToaster.dll

 

3- Delete file HPUSRMSG.exe

 

4- Delete file HP Smart Adapter Help

 

 

Step 2 :

 

Step : # 1 Reinstall Power Management:

 

1. Click on Start button.

2. Type Device Manager in the search field and click on it when appears

3. Click on (+) beside System Devices

4. Right Click on ACPI Fixed Button Features and select Uninstall or Remove.

5. Reboot the Notebook.

 

 

Step 3 : Do a MSCONFIG               ( cleanboot )

 

 press the Windows key and R , run box opens up

Type msconfig in that box and then hit enter

When in system configuration

Click the General tab.

Select Selective Startup , and remove the checkmark next to Load startup items .

Click the Services tab.

Select Hide all Microsoft services , so they will not be disabled, and then click Disable all to disable the remaining items on the services tab.

 

 

On the Startup tab click Open Task Manager .

One by one click on each one of the options listed in that list and then click disable

 

 

Step 4 :

 

update the BIOS
