I can't power up my probook 4430s with battery installed. I am not getting the message "plugged in, not charging' ...only the amount of power left in battery. battery is not charging, rather it is discharging even when powered up. I can power up only with power cord plugged in. I will get the message that no battery is detected. Apparently it is a different problem than other people have had. I have tried the removing of the battery components in device manager as mentioned in other forums, but no luck. Any solutions?
