Starting up problems and issue

I have a 630 Notebook PC. A month after the warranty period finished, the laptop had trouble starting up. I have tried recovering the laptop, ran tests on system diagnostics and the BIOS systems they all failed. When I turn my laptop on, the screen freezes at starting windows and then blacks out. When I try again it repeats the same. I also tried troubleshooting, but none worked.

I received a failure ID for the start up test: 64QM-61G6MP-MFKT01-60VJ03

The Product ID is A3N42PA#ABG
